Many months of hard work, training and dieting is all over....
What an amazing experience it was competing in SA biggest Fitness show.
This year all the line-ups was very tough as the standard of athletes conditioning gets better and better.
Friday the 16th of September was pre-judging and i competed in the Model Plus division.
We where 33 guys in the line-up.
The Top10 guys went through to the final the Saturday night.
I made it to the Top 10 but unfortunately didn't place in Top 3 the final night.
I won The BEST MODEL LOOK prize which i'm really chuffed about and finished 4th overall..
Met amazing new people who are all
passionate about the health & fitness industry in South Africa.
I've learned alot and gained immense amount of confidence, so next year i'll be back BIGGER AND STRONGER ;)
